Who I am
I’m Owen Cady, a powerlifting coach and personal trainer working with both competitive lifters and everyday people who just want to get stronger, feel better, and build a solid routine. I offer both online and in-person coaching, depending on what fits your schedule and goals.
On the powerlifting side, I help lifters improve their squat, bench, and deadlift, build strength, and feel confident going into meets. Whether you’re just getting into the sport or trying to push your total higher, everything is structured around long-term progress and staying healthy.
I also work with everyday clients looking to improve their fitness and overall health. People who aren’t chasing competition but want to lose weight, build muscle, move better, and feel more confident in and out of the gym. This side of my coaching is more lifestyle-focused, helping you create habits that actually stick while still pushing you to improve.
My coaching style is built around communication, accountability, and keeping things realistic. No copy-and-paste programs—everything is adjusted to you, your goals, and your life. Whether we’re working together in person or online, the goal is to make progress that lasts.
